Hi, I’m Luke.

• I live in Portland, Oregon and work for the Oregon Department of Education in the Office of Education Innovation and Improvement.

• In previous jobs, I’ve been a whitewater rafting guide, teacher, professor, and director of technology for school districts in the Pacific Northwest.

• My doctorate is in educational leadership, and I wrote my dissertation on adolescent literacy.

• When not doing my day job, I spend most of my time being a chauffeur for my children and cheering for a London-based football club.

• When I have time, I like to dabble with making writing prompts and have a few other writing projects going that someday might see the light of day.
